HISinOne is a technically and functionally integrated, web-based university management system for all processes and structures at universities of any organizational type and size.

As a prospective student, you can use the system to apply for a study place. This includes submitting all relevant personal data and the necessary application documents. This information is checked by the clerk during the application process. During your application process, you can edit, remove and add to selected information and view the status of your application at any time.

The documentation describes the recommended steps that you as a prospective student should go through in order to submit applications properly. The application is divided into two sub-steps: self-registration (with subsequent e-mail verification) and the actual application (specification of the desired course of study, the HZB, etc.).
